Sonia Shrivastava heads the Vodafone Foundation. Over a career spanning a couple of decades, Sonia has had a unique and rich cross-sectoral and entrepreneurial experience across both Indian and multinational companies as well as NGOs.

Prior to joining Vodafone, she headed CSR at Intel, Moser Baer and ABB and has also worked for the development sector. She has a Bachelors in Science and an MBA in International Business.

She was instrumental in the formulation of the South Asian Forum for Responsible Business and has co-authored a book on Corporate Foundations in India. Passionate about inclusive development, she has spearheaded several social and economic empowerment programs specially focused upon the disadvantaged and marginalized sections of our society and has contributed as a member of several industry committees to a range of development issues.

Sonia has been selected to the 100 Most Talented CSR Leaders list in India and conferred with the Responsible Business Leader Award and the Leadership in Social Innovation Award by the World CSR Congress.
