Mr. Avinash is a Sr. Portfolio Associate with Acumen Fund India, where he is focused on finding innovative, sustainable and market driven solutions with the potential to provide an excellent education and upskilling for students. He's lead and worked on two transactions totaling $900K in the education sector over the last 12 months. He's also a director on the board of Ignis Careers, an Acumen Investee company.

Prior to joining Acumen, Avinash was working with TAO Education, a New Delhi based education technology start-up which he co-founded. As the head of business strategy and alliances, he spearheaded the financial planning and projections, market entry strategies and managed relationships with various stakeholders including potential investors, advisors and clients.

Avinash holds a MBA from FMS, University of Delhi and a BE (Electronics and Communications) from NSIT, University of Delhi.
