Kartikay Saini an ex-Commander of the Indian Navy, has over 25 years of distinguished Service in the forces as well as the civil world, and has headed the operations of a number of businesses including Tobu India Pvt Ltd. As CEO , EurothermHema Radiators India Ltd (a 100 % EOU German JV) as CEO and is the Chairman of the Scottish High International School and Executive Director of HemaEngg Industries Ltd, a 500 million Automobiles Industry.

An alumni of the Sacred Heart Convent School, Ludhiana and the National Defence Academy, Pune, he has served in a number of ships and establishments including the aircraft carrier INS Vikrant. His appointments ranged from Engineering, Logistics, Information Technology, Foreign Procurement and Training. His appointments include being the Training Commander for IT training for the Navy and the Joint Director Foreign Defence Procurement at the Naval Headquarters, New Delhi.

Kartikay Saini , an Engineer and a MBA by qualification, has done over 14 other courses in varied fields of Management, Information Technology, Leadership, Nuclear & Biological Defence, Propulsion Control Technology, Marine Engineering, Software Design and ERP, among others. Kartikay Saini received the distinguished CNS commendation medal for dedication to duty on the Independence Day 1997 and was recommended for the VishishtSeva Medal for dedication to duty in 2002.

Kartikay Saini has been a keen sportsperson all his life. Brought up in National Defence Academy and Armed Forces, fitness and games have been a part and parcel of his life. He is an Equestrian and a Yatchsman.He has represented the National Level of Enterprise class yachting and was the crew of none other than world champion Kelly Rao. He has been a keen Golfer and played numerous tournaments including Pro Am Tournaments of Hero India Open, The Avantha Masters and the annual tournaments of BMW, Mercedes,Audi,SAIL,Madhav Rao Scindia etc.

Mr.Kartikay Saini took over as Chairman of Special Olympics Bharat on 13th August 2015 and as the Vice Chairman of Special Olympics Asia Pacific Leasdership Council and as Chairman of Asia Pacific Unified Sports Committeeon 18th March’2016.He is the Head of The Autism Research Centre of India since 2007.
