Om Pathak, a soldier, civil servant and an educationist, is the founder & Chairman of Delhi Public School Society, Ghaziabad that now runs four schools in North India and is also the founder & Chairman of SelaQui International School in Dehradun - one of the leading 'fully residential schools' in the India. Om Pathak has been associated with education for more than 34 years.

Mr. Pathak was on the boards of La'Martiniere Schools, one of the oldest schools in India, as its Vice chairman and also on Colvin Taluqdars College. He was also on the Board of IMT, Institute of Management Technology, one of top Management Schools in India. He also set up a state of the art SelaQui Academy of Higher Education, offering undergraduate courses in engineering, management, law and Education. TeacherSITY, another of Pathak's initiatives, in association with IEA, International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement at Amsterdam.
