He has rich entrepreneurial & operational experience in diversified educational organizations while developing and leading them from scratch. He co-founded companies like EAS Consultant, Edutools, and Core Transformations. He is a Neuro linguistics programming practitioner and a Transactional Analysis Expert.

For the past 6 years, he has conducted more than 500 trainings across the globe & trained more than 70,000 people from students to teachers to laymen to senior level executives and corporate heads.
