Vijayashree is a learner. As a practitioner in Industrial psychology, she encourages interdisciplinary learning and actively involved in product development for the company.

She is a strategist and works on building the brand value of the company. As a strategist she works on developing innovative solutions and taking it to the right markets. Her collaborative approach has opened business opportunities in new territories.

She has completed her M Sc in Psychology from Bangalore University, Karnataka, 2012 and specializes in Research. She is working on developing a path breaking skill development solution.

Vijayashree has trained more than 1,000 students on skills training, and continuously works on building a framework for the skill development in the country.
