He has over 22 years of educational leadership experience across elementary school, high school and the VET sector. Credited with developing an outstanding teacher cognitive coaching system, Mr. Mowat has been a consultant for school systems across the UK, Australia and Canada. He has also authored the book “Success Zone for Effective Leadership”.
