Mr. Jatinder Singh is the Head of Education and Skill Development Committee at PHD Chamber, New Delhi. He is a management expert with over 18 years of experience in organisational capacity building, training and academics.

He is also the empanelled faculty at Directorate of Training, Union Territories Civil Services, New Delhi. He was the Former Member of Governing Board of Saheed Bhagat Singh College, South Campus, University of Delhi.
