Ms. Nesha O'Neil is the Advisor of Childcare Association, Australia. A Post Graduate in Psychology, Ms. O’Neil also holds diplomas in Special Education, Counselling and Early Learning. O’Neil was nominated as the Young Australian of the Year and was a finalist at the Australian Young Business Woman of the Year.

An Early Learning expert, Ms. O’Neil has over 15 years of industry leadership experience. She is the Executive Board Member of Childcare Association, NSW, and serves as an Advisor for the NSW and the Education Ministers and Departments of the Australian Federal Government. Ms. O’Neil is the owner of Australian Childcare Centre of the Year.
