Mr. Pramod Sharma is the Founder-Director and Principal of Genesis Global School, Noida. A Post Graduate in Chemistry, Sharma completed his BEd before going on to teach in Doon School, Dehradun. He taught at various schools, including India School, Kabul; Ijebu Ode Grammar School, Nigeria; and Mayo College, Ajmer.

Sharma took over as the Principal of Tashi Namgyal Academy, Gangtok, in 1989. He held the role of Principal in other schools like Yadvindra Public School, Patiala, and Mayo College, Ajmer, before starting Genesis Global School in 2009. Sharma has also been the former Chairman of Indian Public Schools Conference (IPSC) and member of the governing body of the Central School of Secondary Education. He was the winner of the National Award for Teachers given by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, in 2000 and the Lifetime Achievement Award conferred upon him by IPSC.
