Ms Rita Wilson runs her own educational consultancy service � Develop Schools- and publishes a free monthly e-newsletter, NewsDesk, which is circulated to 10,000+ schools across India.

Ms Wilson has 28 years of teaching experience and for eight years was working in the Council for ICSE. She is a B.A. (Hons) English Literature, M.A., M.Phil. (English Literature), and has a degree in B.Ed. She has held important teaching posts as Principal, Auckland House School, Shimla (1986-1998) and Principal, Starex International School from Oct 2006 to Sept 2008, among several others.

She has served as Member Board of Governors/ Managing Committee of many schools. She also served as Academic/ Educational Consultant to S Chand & Co. and Liqvid. She has visited schools in England, Germany, Japan, Singapore and Dubai on various programmes of exposure to school education.

Ms Wilson has organised, initiated and inaugurated a number of workshops and refresher courses for school teachers and principals.
